1. Introduction
R4IM Tech LLC ("R4IM", "we", "us") operates R4IM ISO360 ("the Platform"), an integrated ISO management system. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information in connection with the Platform.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, work email, organization), authentication data, tenant configuration, compliance records you upload (policies, evidence, assessments), and standard telemetry such as IP address, device and usage logs.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the Platform, secure your workspace, communicate service updates, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data location & security
Customer data is hosted in secure, encrypted infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis, and tenants are isolated via row-level security.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with sub-processors under contract (hosting, email, analytics), or where required by law.
6. Retention
We retain workspace data for the life of your subscription plus a limited grace period. On request or subscription termination, data is deleted or anonymised in line with applicable law.
7. Your rights
Subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and applicable regulations, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data.
