Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of R4IM ISO360 (the "Platform") provided by R4IM Tech LLC ("R4IM"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity in your organization workspace. You must promptly notify R4IM of any unauthorized access.

The Platform is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycle and included seats/standards are set out in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You will not (a) reverse engineer the Platform, (b) upload unlawful content, (c) attempt to bypass tenant isolation, or (d) use the Platform to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant R4IM a limited license to host, process and display it solely to provide the Platform. Handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least reasonable care, and use it only to perform under these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. R4IM disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Platform supports ISO management activities but does not itself certify compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R4IM's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms remain in force while you use the Platform. Either party may terminate for material breach on 30 days' notice if uncured. On termination, your access ends and data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
